Grupo Invicta is a dance performance company specializing in street-style latin dances, including Salsa / Mambo, Street Cha-Cha-Cha, Rueda de Casino, Bachata and Merengue.

Team members have diverse dance backgrounds, bringing with them a unique blend of dance styles, experiences and influences from Contemporary, Jazz, Hip Hop and Afro-Caribbean dances. The team is known for its unique and exciting dance fusion choreographies and high-energy performances.

The team has performed and taught extensively at various events and workshops in the USA, Malaysia, Thailand, the Maldives and Singapore, and the team’s choreographies have been showcased at various international events, including the Japan Salsa Congress, West Coast Salsa Congress in Los Angeles, New York International Salsa Congress and most recently, the Berlin Salsa Congress.

Invicta members strive to continuously innovate and push the envelope of the company’s evolving and unique dance performance styles.

The Cubanabes is an ongoing project by members of Grupo Invicta, to showcase their creative energy and to constantly challenge themselves at competition level.
